Warranties and Returns Policies

Warranties and Guarantees All items, parts, equipment or accessories sold through this website are covered only by the warranty provided by the manufacturer. Any warranties for any items shall be considered as a "pass-through" warranty and shall not be supported by this website or our company.

General warranty information may be available through the original manufacturer.

Returned Goods All accepted returns must have a Returns Goods Authorization Number (RGA) issued by our company.

Defective product returns will be accepted based upon the original manufacturer's criteria and may be returned for credit where the original manufacturer provides such conditions. Products ordered incorrectly may be returned with our RGA Number only if returned within thirty days from date of original purchase ship date.

Any and all returned items must be in the original packaging and must include all instruction manuals, warranty card and must be in new, unused and resalable condition. There will be a restocking charge of 15% for returns ordered incorrectly.

Any freight damage to shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Payment Options We accept the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and prepaid credit cards may be used via our online system. All transactions will be in U.S. funds. Certain customers may establish charge accounts in order to use purchase orders and invoicing.

Credit Card Charges Orders placed on this website require use of a valid credit card. When you submit your order electronically your credit card will immediately be billed for the appropriate amount. You will receive an order confirmation to assure you that your order has been placed.

Our company does not retain your credit card information. On subsequent orders you will be required to resubmit your credit card information. All credit card transactions are completed using Secure Server technology for your protection.

Freight and Shipping All product shipments shall be made using the most cost effective, reputable delivery method (i.e., UPS, Fed Ex, Common Carrier, etc.). Freight costs will vary depending on order size, weight and actual delivery address. All orders are F.O.B. Tucker, Georgia.

Each shipment will have a $ 3.95 Handling Fee added to the order.

Sales Taxes All orders will be taxed at the prevailing state sales tax rate based on the Ship To/Delivery Address.

Cancellations You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipping. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after your order is placed. When an order has been shipped, any requests to cancel or change your order will be covered by our Returns Policy. This policy shall supercede any other terms, policies or provisions, verbal or written, regarding returns and cancellations.
